Directions ✧

Recommended daily use: One teaspoon / daily best enjoyed between 4-5pm

Recommended to be taken with warm water or milk (dairy or nut mylk) and honey, rapadura (jaggery) or Policane. May also be taken in fruit juice or fruit smoothie
